Intelligent Paper Cup Jacket Forming Machine

NSP16-150WT intelligent paper cup sleeve forming machine is suitable for manufacturing 6-18oz paper cups with outer sleeves. It can produce various types of double wall cups, appressed cups, single-layer embossed cups, and double-layer corrugated cups such as hot drink cups, instant noodle bowls, coffee cups, and corrugated cups. The whole machine adopts a desktop structure layout, with the forming area and the transmission area isolated from each other. The transmission part is installed in the frame beneath the table surface. The main drive adopts a servo motor, and the transmission mechanism uses a cylindrical indexing CAM combined with a CAM and gears for transmission. All transmission components are lubricated by spray lubrication. The forming mold is installed on the countertop, which is convenient for cleaning and maintenance. The entire machine is controlled by PLC, with full photoelectric tracking and monitoring throughout the process. It is equipped with servo hot melt adhesive spraying, servo cup separation, and servo water-spraying glue systems to ensure flexible, stable and reliable operation of the equipment.
